Burnt Ends is the product of Joe Stevens, Oleg Vetkov, and Gabriel Claycamp, three barbecue pros & enthusiasts from the Pacific Northwest. Together, they assembled an unlikely bunch of culinarians and service pros to open what they believe is the best darn barbecue north of Texas. Using solid fuel for grilling and smoking, developing rubs and sauces with explosive flavor, and preparing complementary sides is the name of the game at Burnt Ends.
